Support Ticket

With many businesses going online and updating websites, we are experiencing higher-than-normal turnaround times for ticket requests.

  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours to give adequate time to research and respond to your inquiry.

  • Our ticketing support team will be available Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm PST.

    • We are closed Sat-Sun.

    • You are welcome to submit tickets outside these hours, but they will not be reviewed until this timeframe.

  • Please note that we prioritize the closure of the first ticket before attending to subsequent requests. We kindly request you to provide detailed information in your initial ticket submission and update open tickets by responding to the ticket confirmation email.

We cannot provide free support calls. If its something that’s easier to explain in words, you can record and send a video. We recommend using loom.com to record the video. If a video recording is not enough and you would like to meet with someone over a Zoom call, you can purchase a 15-minute support call for $50 by clicking here or the link in the menu bar.

*Appropriate support requests include:

  • Fixing something that isn’t working on the website

  • Updating text, images, or colors on the website

  • Simple changes that help the flow of the website

  • Technical issues like domain connections

  • Billing needs like updating your payment method

  • Cancellation requests**

*Any design requests like the ones listed above are limited to five requests per month.
